Eliminator Relief, Pulverizer and Master Model: send your nameplate
Eliminator models are not interchangeable, and a mill that has been rebuilt over the years may not match its original parts list. We confirm fit against your model, your dimensions and, whenever possible, the worn part itself.
UPGRADE THE MILL YOU ALREADY HAVE: THE MCE HP RETROFIT
The MCE HP retrofit bolts into an existing Bliss hammer mill. It uses more of the screen than the standard Bliss setup and holds screens tighter in laser cut precision carriages. Wear plates and cutter bars are hand hardfaced by MCE. You keep your existing rotor, bearings, hammers and screens.
On corn, we have seen 10 to 20 percent average improvement in grind and capacity, with tighter particle size distribution. Results vary with moisture, site and ambient temperature.

Frequently Asked Questions
Do you make parts for all Bliss hammer mills?
We make hammers, screens and wear parts for Bliss Eliminator hammer mills in the 19, 22, 26, 38, 44 and 52 inch sizes, including the E, ED, EX, IE, IED, EWT, EMF and EDMF series and TF and TFDF versions, for example the E-4430, ED-4460, IE-3830 and EMF-4815. For Eliminator Relief, Pulverizer and Master Model mills, send your nameplate and we will confirm what we can supply.
Are parts interchangeable between Bliss models?
No. Different models use different parts, and a modified mill may differ from its original specification. We confirm fit before we build.
What if the nameplate is missing?
Send photos of the mill and the part with key dimensions. That is usually enough to identify what you need.
Can I keep my rotor if I upgrade to the HP retrofit?
Yes. The retrofit is designed so you keep your existing rotor, bearings, hammers and screens.
