Is cooling compromising your product?

In many operations, cooling becomes the hidden source of inconsistency: uneven temperatures, product breakage, and dust generation quietly affecting output quality. Inefficient systems drive up energy costs while occupying more space than they should. Residual buildup and poor cleanout only add to downtime and contamination risks. Over time, these issues don’t just affect performance — they impact yield, reliability, and the integrity of your final product.

Engineered counterflow pellet cooling that works with your process, not against it

01 — Controlled product entry
Material enters from the top and forms a stable, even bed.

02 — Counterflow air movement
Ambient air moves upward through the product, creating continuous contact.

03 — Gradual heat transfer
Cooling happens progressively, avoiding thermal shock and product stress.

04 — Uniform discharge
Material exits near ambient temperature with consistent moisture and quality.

Features that control performance where it matters

Industrial Gear Mechanism

1

Louver-based discharge system

A controlled louver discharge design allows product to move through the system in a regulated, stepwise manner. This ensures consistent retention time across the product bed while enabling full cleanout at the end of a run. The result is stable throughput with minimal residual buildup.

2

Rotary feeding and distribution system

Product is introduced through a rotary valve and evenly spread across the chamber, creating a uniform bed depth. This consistent distribution is critical for balanced airflow and even cooling, preventing localized overheating or undercooling.

3

Counterflow air management with
exhaust control

Ambient air is drawn upward through the product while exhaust flow is regulated to maintain optimal cooling conditions. Optional exhaust dampers allow airflow to be tuned based on product characteristics, reducing thermal shock and improving efficiency.

4

Level-based discharge control system

Selectable level sensors monitor product height within the chamber and trigger discharge when setpoints are reached. This maintains a steady bed depth, prevents overflow, and ensures consistent cooling conditions throughout operation.
